We perform many services including full physicals, DOT physicals for truck drivers, disease evaluation and treatment, breast and pelvic exams.

St. Augustine
Monday  8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Tuesday–Thursday  8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Closed for lunch 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday  8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Palm Coast
Monday  8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

How do I get medications/medication refills?
Please remember it takes 3 business days to complete a medication request. This may be accomplished by calling your pharmacy who will fax us the request or you may call the office directly.
